Wholesale Information
Cestari is first and primarily a direct market wholesaler of wool and wool blend yarns. It is our policy to encourage the retail public to purchase our yarn from the shops carrying our line. We maintain a shop at our mill for sheepskin and sheep related products and our yarns are sold at the same recommended retail as at your shop. We also wholesale our wool socks and stockings and Surina knitting needles. We also sell retail on our web site to target customers from areas where there are no shops nearby that carry our product. We promote, not compete with, our yarn shops.We require a $500.00 minimum order, reorders require a minimum of 10 skeins of any color or ply. You are free to order as little as you need of any color. Our skeins are packaged in bags of 10, but we will break a bag when necessary with no upcharge or "small lot surcharge". It is our policy to ship within 24 hours of receipt. Shipping is free on all prepaid orders over $1,000.00 within the continental United States.
Cestari requires that all initial orders be prepaid by cash, check or credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express cards. After the initial order, we offer 30 day billing terms to credit-worthy accounts.
Prepaid orders are always accepted and allow the customer to take advantage of our free shipping on prepaid orders policy.
Cestari is committed to the promotion of knitting, crocheting and the needle arts. We are available to answer questions and help you sell our wool. We have on staff an experienced knitter who also develops patterns for our yarn and can answer most technical questions for our customers. In the event that you have a question that the service representative can’t answer, we will get an answer for you in a timely manner. Quality wool is our prime product but excellent customer service is also an item of major focus.
