CUSTOMER SERVICE
Return PolicyAll items purchased within 30 days may be returned, with a copy of the sales receipt, for exchange, credit or full refund, provided the product is in good saleable condition. All products are carefully examined for defects before being shipped. If you find an item defective within 30 days, we will honor our return policy.
On sheepskin products if the stitching should come loose within one year of purchase, due to no fault of the customer, we will restitch the product at no cost for the repair. The customer will be responsible to pay the shipping of the product to and from our sales barn.
Repairs to our sheepskin products due to wear and tear or carelessness may be made at reasonable charge to the customer.
Based on our return policy we will do what is fair and responsible to keep you, our customer, happy. We will do what it takes to produce quality products for our customers to enjoy. Your comments critiquing our products and service are always appreciated and encouraged. Direct them to Francis Chester and I will assure you that they will personally be read and answered by me.
